The first English-language monograph on Serbian competition law is now out! The monograph, authored by Dragan Gajin and Tijana Kojović, is part of the Wolters Kluwer series ‘International Encyclopaedia for Competition Law’.
The newly published monograph is up to date as of December 2016. It provides a comprehensive overview of the Serbian regulatory framework and case-law in the area of competition.
