Serbia’s national competition authority (NCA) – the Commission for Protection of Competition – has got a new leadership.
The new head (president) of the NCA is Mr. Nebojša Perić. Mr. Perić is a lawyer with several years of experience in public service. He replaces Mr. Miloje Obradović, an economist.
Apart from its chief, the Serbian NCA has also got three new members of the Council of the NCA (a decision-making body consisting of the head of the NCA and four other members).
The new members of the Council are Ms. Danijela Bokan, Ms. Miroslava Đošić, and Mr. Siniša Milošević. They join Mr. Čedomir Radojčić, who made it to the Council back in 2016.
The mandate of the head of the NCA and of Council members is five years, with the possibility of re-appointment.
