The state of emergency in Serbia, which the government introduced due to the COVID-19 outbreak on March 15, has now been lifted.
As we have reported earlier, special merger control deadlines were applicable in Serbia during the state of emergency. Now, the merger control work of the Serbian NCA should slowly return to normal.
