The state of emergency in North Macedonia, imposed mid March due to the COVID-19 outbreak, has expired, bringing the merger control deadlines for newly notified concentrations back to normal.
Transactions notified during the state of emergency but not cleared yet may still be affected by the special merger control deadlines.
